With over 30 years of leadership experience across multinational corporations, financial institutions, and government projects, Sam Shitta-Bey is a dynamic and results-driven attorney, entrepreneur and industry professional. From Fortune 100 companies like AT&T and Verizon to groundbreaking ventures in property development and legal consulting, Sam has consistently delivered excellence in his endeavors. His expertise spans law, business strategy, technology, and large-scale project management, impacting organizations in the U.S., Africa, and beyond.

OLA SHITTA-BEY

LL.M in Law and Certified Quality Assurance Engineer

Ola holds a double Masters Degree in Law (LL.M), and a Quality Assurance certification from the Quality Assurance Institute (QAI Florida). Ola was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1990. She worked as in-house Counsel at First Bank Nigeria PLC, then the largest and oldest Bank in Nigeria. She later worked at a high profile Corporate and Civil Law firm in Nigeria.

As a Certified Quality Assurance Engineer, Ola has held various leadership positions in fortune 100 companies in the United States including MCI WorldCom (now Verizon Business), ChoicePoint Inc. (now Lexis Nexis). She spent several years as a senior consultant at Bellsouth (now AT&T). She was a QA manager at McKesson Corporation and was an Assistant Director of QA at Ernst & Young (EY) until she went back to Law School to obtain her second Master of Laws degree, LL.M, “Bar Track” at Georgia State University.
